Once removed from the mold the piece is polished and finished by hand, and then enameled and fired twice. The sauce pan, both French ovens, the braisier, and the roaster all have a durable sand-colored interior enamel, while the skillet features a black interior and all of them have soleil yellow colored chip and crack resistant exterior enamel coating. The sauce pan, French ovens, and braisier all feature secure lids that lock in heat and moisture while cooking.
